Krings KVL
Raymond Koczak Plumbing Services Pty Limited
Mt. Gambier, SA operations
Trench Shoring, the process of bracing the walls of a trench in
order to prevent collapse, is the latest addition to the product
range of ThyssenKrupp Steelcom, exclusively distributed for our
sister company TKBauservice/E&S Trench box and Krings shoring.
The Trench Boxes, recently showcased at the ACE EXPO 2009, were
among the featured products reporting good sales during and after
the show.
South Australian company Raymond Koczak Plumbing Services purchased
eight (8) Krings Original KVL trench shoring system for their operations
in Mt. Gambier providing water and sewer services to local government
authorities.
The KVL, a small steel trench box designed specifically for inner
city shoring jobs. The KVL is ideal for the laying and modernization
of gas and water pipes and telephone and power cables and for the
creation of service lines.
Thanks to their low weight, the boxes are suitable for handling
with small wheeled excavators. Sturdy struts, which can be adjusted
to the desired trench width and quickly replaced (secured with
bolts and spring pins), and sling lugs on the four corner posts
simplify the handling of this type of shoring. Despite their low
weight, the assembled boxes are stable and suitable for installation
both by placement in the ready-dug trench and by lowering with
concurrent excavation.
ThyssenKrupp Steelcom offers total piling solutions including
hire and sell of steel sheet piles, impact and vibratory piling
hammers ranging from excavator mounted to large crane suspended
units, as well as, foundation equipment and trench shoring.
