Foundation Construction
For this ICT project, pile foundation columns were created and
the PTC30H1 Vibro Hammer was used to drive 900mm dia casing down
15m.
The
site was excavated, the casings
driven down, then drilled out to check
bottom of the casing for solid ground,
thereafter a steel cage was laid and
concrete poured into casings.
Once the casings were set and removed,
the process was duplicated until all
columns were completed and the floor
foundation was poured to begin
construction.
The PTC 30H1 is available with single clamp for sheet piling
and dual clamps for
tubes.
ThyssenKrupp Steelcom format the unit to
your requirements prior to supply.
ThyssenKrupp Steelcom hire and sell impact
and vibratory piling hammers ranging from
excavator mounted to large crane slung
units, as well as,sheet pile and foundation
equipment.
