 Contractor Newcastle Wharf and Jetty Repairs used our 50HL hammer
to drive 21.7 metre long steel tubes that were 900mm diameter with
a wall thickness of 16mm.
The pile verticality was between 8 and 25mm over a 4 metre distance
which was within the 1:150 required.
The 50HL hammer is a large standard frequency vibrator capable
of driving and extracting casings up to 2.19m in diameter and 30m
long pairs of sheet piles.
It is fitted with dual clamps with a separate shoe plate and has
a single jaw for large single sheet piles and H piles.
